Col. Nick Ducich, Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine Commander, passes the colors to Lt. Col LaFran Marks, 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division Commander at the conclusion of the official transfer of authority May 25, 2016, during a change of command ceremony at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center.
