North Carolina National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Airfield Operations Battalion, 130th Aviation Regiment (unit patch right) and the 3rd Airfield Operations Battalion, 58th Aviation Regiment train as a “Total Army Force” after establishing a mobile military air traffic control center for the first time at the Harnett Regional Jetport, May 18, 2016. The two units worked together to establish a mobile center allowing soldiers to perform air traffic operations, support military aircraft operations and real-world emergencies.
