Djiboutian students attending Douda Primary School will now benefit from a new cafeteria provided by the U.S. Navy Construction Battalions (Seabees) at Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Many Djiboutian villagers and U.S. service members celebrated the opening of the cafeteria during a dedication ceremony at the school, March 16.
