A ceremonial unveiling of a bronze commemorative plaque is taking place indoors. A Marine in camouflage uniform on the left and two civilians (a woman in a yellow sweater and a man in a gray blazer) are removing a blue Navy-themed blanket covering the plaque. An American flag is visible in the background, suggesting a formal military or veterans' memorial event.
