A 21-foot recreational boat is capsized 25 nautical miles east of Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts, Saturday, May 21, 2016. Coast Guard Station Merrimack River and a good Samaritan responded to the hail for help from the four people who were aboard the sinking boat and got them safely to shore.
