Staff Sgt. Delroy Barnett, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., leads his spinning class in stretches as part of its finishing touches. The combat medic with Company B, Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Armored Division, feels fitness is important and he's eager to help others meet physical training needs. The class is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m.
