Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander, Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, addresses Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Southern Command at Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 17, 2016. The SPMAGTF-SC is composed of approximately 300 Marines and sailors from 42 different units across 20 states, the majority of which are from Marine Forces Reserve.
