Col. John W Aarsen, assistant commander 94th Training Division, addresses the audience during the 94th TD’s groundbreaking ceremony for a new training facility May 12, 2016. The 39,127-square-foot training center will be equipped with 15 classrooms and will include a maintenance training area for transportation courses, as well as a state of the art instructional kitchen for food service specialist courses. Ninety-fourth TD instructors could potentially train 2,635 Soldiers while teaching 120 classes annually. “This division has had a long commitment to the American public and this new building helps demonstrate this support that the American people have for our mission,” Aarsen said.
