Soldiers of 3rd Combined Arms Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment compete against Polish citizens in a friendly game of soccer in Kalisz Pomorskie community park, Poland, May 14, as part of a fun day celebrating the community of Kalisz Pomorskie. In honor of Kalisz Pomorskie Day, Soldiers and Polish citizens gathered in Kilsz Pomorskie community park to play basketball, have a friendly game of soccer and tug-of-war and enjoy the weather and family-friendly atmosphere. U.S. participation in the Polish celebration is part of Army Europe-led Operation Atlantic Resolve land force assurance training taking place across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to enhance multinational interoperability, strengthen relationships among allied militaries, contribute to regional stability and demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO.
