Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski meets Mr. Gordon Sonlund, at the State Partnership Program Workshop, in Portland, Ore., March 10. Sonlund, who received the Civilian Service Award, contributed $10,000 to the effort to bring home Oregon soldiers who were stranded in Wisconsin during the December holiday season.
