Acting Secretary of the Army, the Hon. Patrick J. Murphy, visited Iron Soldiers at the brigade's forward operating base, during NIE 16.2. Murphy's visit included a brief in the tactical operations center and a tour, followed by a presentation of coins to Soldiers who have performed above their call of duty and a quick workout session with Soldiers.
