Eric Liard, 37th Airlift Squadron pilots, prepare a C-130J Super Hercules for flight during Exercise Carpathian Spring May 9, 2016, at Otopeni Air Base, Romania. Three C-130Js and approximately 80 personnel from the 37th AS, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, will participate in this bilateral training event with Romanian airmen.
