Jan. 18, in Zegrze, Poland, chief Information Operations trainer Billy Shepherd, 1st IO Command, Fort Belvoir, Va., listens attentively as Polish Staff officers Capt. Piotr Zawislak ask a question, on the basic U.S. IO fundamentals and IO TTPs and lessons learned. This training event is the first of its kind and may open the door for the U.S. Army IO Proponent and/or NATO to develop multinational or combined IO training. The lessons learned from this event will help spearhead future IO between the US and its NATO allies.
