160503-N-N0820-001 PEARL HARBOR, Hi (May 3, 2016) - Builder 2nd Class Justin Lieder, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, utilizes a "Go/No-Go gauge" to determine the condition of a fleet mooring system. UCT 2’s Construction Dive Detachment Alfa (CDDA) is conducting fleet mooring inspections for the Navy Inactive Ship Maintenance Office (NISMO) on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. CDDA is on the fifth stop of their deployment, where they are conducting inspection, maintenance, and repair of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the Pacific Fleet.
