David Zolldan serves on the rifle team for the funeral of Spc. James Wertish, July 27, 2009. Wertish and Spc. Daniel Drevnick and Spc. Carlos Wilcox, were killed July 16, 2009, when an insurgent's rocket struck their base while serving with the 34th Military Police Company in Basrah, Iraq. Zolldan, also deployed with the 34th Military Police Company, was on leave at the time and was able to serve at the funerals of his fellow military police officers.
