U.S. Soldiers with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's (CJTF-HOA) East African Response Force, conduct small arms training in Arta, Djibouti, May 3, 2016.
