Julio E. Meza during a relief and appointment ceremony at the Paige Fieldhouse at Camp Pendleton, May 6, 2016. The relief and appointment ceremony was followed by the retirement ceremony for Sgt. Maj. Helms, who enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1985 and has served as Marine Corps Installations - West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton's Sergeant Major since June 2013.
