An AV-8/B Harrier from Marine Attack Squadron 231, Marine Aircraft Group 40, Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan, races down the runway after refueling at the recently improved fuel pits here, Feb. 10. The squadron tested the ability to land this aircraft here and refuel, which will give the squadron additional options when planning missions away from their home base of Kandahar Airfield.
