YOKOSUKA, Japan (Apr. 25, 2016) - Constructionman Duston Wright, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, cuts a piece of timber with a circular saw to complete the formwork along the Tokyo Bay in Yokosuka, Japan. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
