The Airmen and Soldiers are part of Team JSTARS consisting of the U.S. Air Force active duty 461st Air Control Wing, Georgia Air National Guard 116th Air Control Wing and Army JSTARS. Collectively they fly the E-8C Joint STARS providing joint airborne command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and battle management over land and water to combat commanders around the globe.
