SINGAPORE (Apr. 22, 2016) - Capt. Scott Murdock, Navy Region Center Singapore (NRCS) Commanding Officer gives a high-five to Mr. Bright, the NRCS environmental mascot. Navy Region Center Singapore recently celebrated "Earth Day" with an all-hands recycling collection in which region personnel were encouraged to bring their recyclables to the recycling area near the NRCS shuttle stop April 22, 2016. The Navy-wide theme this year is, "Creating Resiliency Afloat and Ashore." During the event, NRCS Environmental representatives were available for any questions regarding proper recycling procedures, locations, and future initiatives.
