The workout followed a panel discussion where Reebok showed their new television spot to those in attendance. Posey was invited to the event as a strong female figure due to her accomplishments in the Marine Corps. Posey came up with a program to help men and women increase their number of pull-ups. She says she hopes to spread the word about her program to help men and women across the nation.
