HONOLULU, Hawaii - Maj. Stewart Bailey, the 2nd Brigade Combat Team assistant operations officer, and Capt. Chris Frantz, 2nd BCT plans officer, participated as technical judges for the Annual Friends of Hawaii Robotics competition, recently. Nearly 40 high schools from Hawaii, Washington State, South Carolina as well as 11 international teams, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia competed in the high-tech sporting event.
