Due to heavy rain, runners had to navigate slippery and muddy roads during the Fallen Soldier Half-Marathon, Feb. 28. The run was organized by 4th Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Division–Center, to honor Soldiers who gave their lives as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
