Soldiers with the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine along with soldiers with the 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division begin the first day of Basic Leaders Course Apr. 20, at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center near Yavoriv, Ukraine.
