SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. – During a change of responsibility ceremony held here at Patton Park, April 13, Command Sgt. Maj. Ronnie Kelley, the outgoing U.S. Army Central senior enlisted advisor, hands the Noncommissioned Officer Saber to Lt. Gen. Michael Garrett, the U.S. Army Central commanding general, signifying the relinquishing of his duties and gratitude for the opportunity to care for the Soldiers of U.S. Army Central.
