This year’s SRP workshop theme is "Enabling Readiness“. Training support personnel have the challenging mission to provide a training platform that guarantees realistic training conditions, while providing ambiguous training scenarios allowing a variety of opportunities to employ problem solving techniques. The development and use of military training facilities must integrate mission requirements with environmental requirements and sound land management practices.
