Soldiers with A Company, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms, 155th Brigade Combat Team, out of Hernando, Miss., give clothing and other items to Khalil Abrahim, and his family at his home near Al Qayarrah, where Abrahim grows wheat and raises sheep, during a security escort mission to the Tigris River pump house that supplies water to Q-West, Feb. 5. A Company serves as the Q-West force protection company and provides security to all missions to the pump house or along the water pipeline, among the unit's numerous other missions. The Soldiers of A Company solicited from home gifts of clothing, linen, toys, school supplies and other items to give Abrahim and his family, whom they befriended during their many visits to the pump house.
