Global Offshore divers deploys a remote operating vehicle to survey Princess Kathleen Thursday, Feb. 18. Recent reports of oil sheens prompted a need for a survey of the vessel. The Coast Guard opened the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund last week to contract Global Offshore Divers.
