Spc. Michael Wellington, a signal Soldier with the High Capacity Line-of-Sight radio section, C Company, 6th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), U.S. Army Alaska, participates in a presentation called “I am the Sergeant,” during the USARAK change of responsibility ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson April 14. During the presentation, USARAK Soldiers dressed in period-correct Army uniforms march to the front of the formation while a narrator describes the U.S. Army’s contribution to each conflict.
