Arlinda Adderley, a contracting specialist with the 915th Contingency Contracting Battalion headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, with a coin. Adderley was identified by her battalion commander as demonstrating excellent knowledge of applicable contracting policies and regulations to greatly enhance her team’s ability to successfully execute over 45 contracting actions during the six-day training event.
