CAMP EMILIO AGUINALDO, Philippines. –Maj. Gen. Charles A. Flynn, commander, 25th Infantry Division, and Brig. Gen. Apolinario Alobba, commander, Joint Task Force –National Capital Region, Armed Forces of the Philippines, have discussions about Balikatan over lunch, April 11, at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Republic of the Philippines. Balikatan is an annual Philippine-U.S. military bilateral training exercise that is a signature element of the Philippine-U.S. alliance focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance, maritime law enforcement, and environmental protection.
