U.S. Marines and sailors with Black Sea Rotational Force, along with U.S. Army Soldiers, painted eggs with children at Starfish Kindergarten in Constanta, Romania, April 12, 2016. Similar to the U.S. tradition of dying eggs for Easter, Romanians paint eggs for their Orthodox Easter, and Service members were able to experience this cultural tradition with the children. Community relations projects strengthen partnerships with the host nation by allowing Service members to engage these types of exchanges with the local community. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
