    U.S. Army Reserve Col. Todd Traver, the clinical training officer for the Medical Readiness and Training Command out of San Antonio, addresses U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 399th Combat Support Hospital, 804th Medical Brigade, 3d Medical Command (Deployment Support) during an exercise held April 2, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Multidisciplinary Simulation Center in Rochester, Minnesota.
