The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Senior Enlisted Leader Sgt. Maj. Mike Swam and Deputy Director Brig. Gen. Mark Spindler lay a wreath at the memorial monument at a memorial service for seven service members that lost their lives in a helicopter crash on Apr. 7, 2001. The ceremony was conducted on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to honor the sacrifice and memory of the service members.
