Spc. Ronald St. Louis (second from the right), a member serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 7th Engineer Battalion and Mount Vernon, N.Y., local, takes the oath of allegiance to the United States during a naturalization ceremony at Al Faw Palace, Camp Victory, Baghdad, Feb. 15. After waiting 10 years for citizenship, St. Louis was one of 107 Soldiers and Airmen that became new United States citizens. The troops received a coin from Lt. Gen. Charles H. Jacoby Jr., the deputy commanding general for Operations United States Forces - Iraq, their Certificate of Naturalization and a flag recognizing their achievement.
