Two men went offshore to fish from Joseph Harbor, Louisiana, and they did not return Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries boat crews found the men the morning of April 6, as they were clinging to the bow of their sunken boat 11 miles offshore. They performed CPR, resuscitating one of the men and met EMS at shore. Courtesy Photo.
