Spc. Louis Oxely of Newton, Ohio, assigned to 1192nd Engineer Company, assists in the connection of two sides of a Hesco barrier. Engineers with the company have spent the past two weeks working to build a new road to a detention center located on Camp Taji. The road will provide a straight shot to the center and provide a safe passage for family members traveling to see their loved ones as well as Iraqi and Coalition forces station there.
