    Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron-1

    A U.S. Army A/MH-6X Mission Enhanced Little Bird is loaded on to a KC-130J Hercules assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., April 4, 2016. The demonstration was conducted during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 2-16. WTI is a seven week training event hosted by MAWTS-1 cadre. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
