Seaman Lynette M. Sessoms, a Reservist assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Support Unit, pulls enlisted service records maintained by NOSC Fort Worth. Sessoms rescheduled drill weekends to assist the NOSC personnel department to purge nearly 1,000 Reserve field service records as the Navy transitions to the Electronic Service Record. Sessoms will comb through each individual FSR to pull out essential documents such as enlistment and military processing records and current performance evaluations. Navy Personnel Command will post these documents in each member's Official Military Personnel File. Individual FSR contents will eventually be returned to each service member.
