Raines, a battalion operations sergeant major and resident of Flowood, Miss., during a ceremony in the Base Defense Operations Center conference room, Feb. 5. Both men serve with the BDOC, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms, 155th Brigade Combat Team, out of Senatobia, Miss. Hudson received the award for embodying the Army value of honor, and Raines presented it on behalf of battalion Command Sgt. Maj. Perry Campbell.
