Chief Warrant Officer 4 Richard Taylor eats lunch with senior Department of Defense officials at Camp Pendleton, March 18, 2016. The lunch meeting included several DOD officials and I Marine Expeditionary Force officers and staff noncommissioned officers. The lunch was part of a two-week event where officials traveled to military installations and DOD facilities across the country to gain a better understanding of the needs and perspectives of personnel within the organization.
