U.S. Army Sgt. Michael Herne, an infantryman with Company A, 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, displays a t-shirt that came in an Operation Gratitude care package, which also contained keys to a new Harley Davidson that will be waiting for him when he re-deploys from Afghanistan, Jan. 26. The resident of Addison, N.Y., was one of two 82nd Abn. Div. Paratroopers to receive the keys to a new motorcycle given by the American Veteran Traveling Tribute and Sands Resorts as a way of saying, "thank you," to the service members for their service.
