A military medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) helicopter, identifiable by the red cross markings, hovers low over an open field while hoisting what appears to be a litter/stretcher with a casualty. Five soldiers in camouflage uniforms are on the ground observing and assisting with the hoist operation. The overcast sky and dry grass terrain suggest a training exercise or field operation.
