Charles Richard, Director, Undersea Warfare Division, addresses over 150 military, government officials, and representatives from various industries and academia during the 10th bi-annual Nuclear Deterrent Symposium held at the Silverdale Beach Hotel Ballroom. The symposium provides an unclassified forum for policymakers and experts in nuclear matters to discuss issues about the current and future posture of U.S. strategic forces, with the primary focus on the sea-based leg of the triad.
