Col. Douglas Glasgow speaks with officers from the United States Army War College International Fellows Program in Camp Pendleton March 3, 2016. Each year, the Chief of Staff of the Army extends an invitation to about 80 senior military officers from 73 different countries to attend the college. Meeting with international senior officers improves interoperability and partner capacity, contributing to the Marine Air-Ground Task Force warfighting capability.
