    DIAMONDHEAD, Miss. (Mar. 10, 2016) Cmdr. Clay Pendergrass (right), commanding officer, Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) presents a memento to Brig. Gen. Efren Perez, director of the Maritime Group, Philippine National Police, for serving as Keynote Speaker for NAVSCIATTS' Class 16-2 graduation ceremony. Class 16-2 was comprised of 60 international students from 21 partner nations.
