Glenn Jamison, the commanding officer of amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18), oversees the bridge team during a photo exercise as part of Exercise Ssang Yong 2016. USS New Orleans is assigned to the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and is participating in Exercise Ssang Yong 2016, the largest combined amphibious exercise to date, designed to strengthen interoperability and working relationships across a wide range of military operations from disaster relief to complex expeditionary operations.
