An aerial porter with the 621st Contingency Response Wing out of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., helps a little boy get to the back of a C-17 Jan. 16, at the Toussaint L'Ouverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
