Fifteen pound M2A4 cone shaped charges detonate during a demolitions range at Camp Buerhing, Kuwait Feb. 24, 2016. U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 26 and Battalion Landing Team 2/6, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), utilized the charges for training during the range. The U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and Kuwait Armed Forces are conducting PHIBLEX 16, a bilateral amphibious and ground exercise, to enhance operational readiness and improve interoperability between U.S. and regional partner forces. The 26th MEU is embarked with the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and is deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Joshua W.
